Where they live
Everything you hold sits in My Coupons, inside the Rewards tab, the ones your points earned and any a business handed out. Each coupon belongs to the business that issued it: your bakery coupon spends at the bakery, not across town.
Spend one online
Build your cart with that business's items.
On the cart, apply the coupon, your available ones for that business are right there.
The discount shows on the total *before* you pay. What you see is what you're charged.
That's genuinely all of it. If a coupon you expected isn't offered, it belongs to a different business than the cart you're holding.
Spend one in store
Open the coupon in My Coupons, it carries a QR code. Show it at the counter; the business scans it into your sale and the discount lands before you tap to pay. Same coupon, counter version.
The self-removing coupon (it's a feature)
Trim your cart after applying a coupon and you might watch the coupon step off on its own. That's the app protecting you from a surprise: the coupon no longer matched the cart, so instead of failing at payment it returned itself to your stash, unspent, ready for next time. Rebuild the cart it fits and reapply.
If something's off
- The coupon isn't showing at checkout. Check the business: coupons are per-business, and a cart from store A won't surface store B's coupons.
- You used it but wonder where it went. Open the coupon in My Coupons, a spent coupon shows where and when it was used, down to the order.
- The QR won't scan. Brightness up, glare down, hold steady. If the counter's scanner still fights it, the staff can find your coupon on your customer profile instead.
