How it works, in one paragraph
Every business on Tavvi can run its own rewards. When you buy from one that does, in store or online, same account, points land on your balance with *that* business automatically. Reach the business's milestone and a coupon appears in your Rewards tab on its own: Earn Coupons, exactly as the app puts it. No punch card to remember, no code to type, nothing to sign up for beyond the account you already have.
The per-business part people miss
Your points aren't one big pot, they're a meter *per business*. Fifty points at your coffee shop and eighty at your lash studio are two separate meters, each racing toward its own milestone. The upside: a business with several locations shares one meter, so buying at either counts toward the same coupon.
Watch the meter fill
- The Rewards tab lists every business where you've earned, each with its progress toward the next coupon, and the stores where those points work.
- Right after you pay, the order confirmation shows the points that order just earned, on top of what you had.
- Your coupons, earned ones and any a business hands out, live in My Coupons.
Make it count
- Pay under your own account. Points attach to the account that paid, guest checkouts and orders under someone else's login don't build your meter.
- In person counts too. If you're checking out at the counter, make sure the sale is on your customer profile, that's the same meter.
If something's off
- You bought and no points showed. That business may not run rewards (not all do), or the purchase wasn't under your account. Points from your own logged-in orders show right on the confirmation.
- Your points "disappeared." More likely the milestone hit: check My Coupons, crossing the milestone is exactly what mints your coupon.
- Two nearby stores, same brand, one meter? Same business = shared meter, by design. Different businesses that happen to share a name don't.
